LOCATION
Pencoed Technology Park is located on the northern side of J35 ofthe M4. The position allows convenient access to Bridgend towncentre, some 4 miles away and quick links along the M4 corridorplaced midway between Swansea and Cardiff city centres.
Bridgend railway station has regular service on the London-Paddington line and Pencoed rail link services the South WalesValleys lines.
The main entrance to the park is past the petrol filling station andMcDonald’s. The security lodge is approximately 300 yards fromthe mini roundabout next to the Pantruthyn Farm Premier Inn.
Pencoed Technology Park was originally purpose built for Sony,who remain the main occupier of the site. The park is set in anattractive landscaped environment with shared facilities betweenSony and their tenants.
WAREHOUSE SPACE
There is vacant warehouse accommodation totalling 29,113 sq.ft. asa separate bay within the main complex.
The bay unit is of steel portal frame construction with 4 numberloading doors.
The specification includes:
