I was competitively selected to be a European Community Fellow at the Danish Summer Research Institute, Gilleleje, Denmark, in 1990, 1991, and 1992. This fellowship involved

I developed a professional relationship with Astrion, a nonprofit organization that conducts cross-cultural training in Philadelphia. This has involved 1) acting as a mentor for entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe; 2) helping this organization with their training programs; and 3) providing student interns from Villanova University to work within this organization.
