2. Then write a SMART and FITT goal (Specific, Measurable, Action oriented, Realistic, and Timely)

Goal: To lose 5lbs and maintain keep it off through exercise for 1 month.

EXAMPLE: I will lose 5 lbs by increasing my exercise to 45 minutes 5 days a week by keeping my Target Heart Rate Zone at 50-65% of my max heart rate. I will give myself 3 weeks to accomplish this goal

and will then keep the weight off for an additional 4 weeks after my goal has been meet.
