We provide completely private and secure connections, starting 2Mbps up to STM64/ wavelengths, from one location to another, including the last mile to your facilities, insuring that your entire connection is completely isolated from the public communication network.

Our DWDM and SDH networks support virtually any application, including high-speed data transfers, live video feeds, and private voice connection from location to location. Since the network is application and protocol agnostic, you can use NPL for virtually any legacy application or new applications in the future..

Tata Communications NPL is delivered over an ever-expanding network of fibre optic cable, enabling us to deliver the fastest, most reliable point-to-point service to our customers. Because of our low-latency capabilities, high-speed data transfers, quality voice, and even high definition video can be easily accommodated over your NPL connections.

Using mesh-connected Ciena Core networking equipment, any break in cabling is automatically rerouted to the most efficient and shortest route to your facilities. In addition, Tata Communications deploys hundreds of proactive cable monitoring teams whose responsibility is to physically patrol the routes of thousands of miles of cable, alerting Tata Communications when construction or other activity at a location has the potential to disrupt traffic. Our mean time between repair on cabling breaks under four hours—below the international average—and our technical service and automated routing through the most extensive cable system in India provide you the most reliable means for delivering data. Our reliability rate, in fact, is guaranteed at 99.5%, and most often we exceed this SLA.
