We have extended our server infrastructure to improve our response time in the event of a drastic systems failure or natural di- saster in our production data center. We currently have our virtual server infrastructure, Active Directory, Ex- change, and Citrix servers replicated to the DR site. PCF is actively replicating data to provide DR capabilities for our criti- cal infrastructure services. We are currently finalizing our documenta- tion plans, recovery workflows, and test plans to ensure that we document all the required steps needed to recover in the event of a disaster. Once logged in Outlook Webmail has a new look. e functionality is the same. Listed are some of the new features: New Department of Pediatrics Webpage e URL for the webpage is: http:// peds.wustl.edu/PCF/ PCF recently rolled out the updat- ed Pediatrics webpage and you will notice it has a different look. From this page you can log into Citrix and Webmail. ere are separate links for Windows users and MAC users. ere are also links to Help if you need to access Citrix Help. Other links on the page will take you to the Account Request System, the Hardware Request System, and the PCF Helpdesk site. e Helpdesk webpage has several links to vari- ous websites and telephone numbers to other helpdesks in the Medical School. ere is also a link to log directly into your Outlook Web App (OWA). When you log in and are prompted for username and password enter PCF\username and your PCF password. Conversation View – you can group messages from a single conversation together – this view allows you to quickly identify the most recent messages and chain of responses to an e-mail thread Single page of messages – all messages are on one page. No more having to move from page to page to see all messages just simply scroll down to view all messages Search – now includes advanced queries Password change – you can now change your PCF domain pass- word from the Outlook Web App Inbox Rules – you can create inbox rules to manage received e-mails Another new section of the website is the Spotlight section. is section has links to instructions on encrypting documents, and Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Disaster Recovery Capabilities

The Pediatric Computing Facili-ties has a disaster recovery (DR) site located at the WUSTL North Cam-pus building. We have extended our server infrastructure to improve our response time in the event of a drastic systems failure or natural di-saster in our production data center. We currently have our virtual server infrastructure, Active Directory, Ex-change, and Citrix servers replicated to the DR site.

Once logged in Outlook Webmail has a new look. The functionality is the same. Listed are some of the new features:

New Department of Pediatrics Webpage

The URL for the webpage is: http://peds.wustl.edu/PCF/

PCF recently rolled out the updat-ed Pediatrics webpage and you will notice it has a different look. From this page you can log into Citrix and Webmail. There are separate links for Windows users and MAC users.

There are also links to Help if you need to access Citrix Help.
