Introduction

Mass actions in Unified InboxMass complete tasks directly from the inbox

Mass Approval Select tasks in the task table Inbox enables only common actions which

can be executed on selected list of tasks. Execute any enabled action to carry out the

mass action For Ex: Mass approve trips.

Create substitution ruleManage planned and unplanned absence through a substitute user

Create substitution rule options Planned absence: “Automatic

Forwarding” set to “on” will make the substitution active on the start date for the substitute user.

Unplanned absence : “Automatic Forwarding” set to “off” needs to be activated by substitute user explicitly. There is no start or end specified for such a substitution
