Un projecte és:
La Norma ISO 21500 defineix un projecte com un conjunt únic d’activitats
Coordinades i controlades, amb dates d’inici i final, que es desenvolupa
per aconseguir complir els objectius del projecte.
Aconseguir els objectius del projecte requereix la realització d’entregables
que satisfacin requisits específics.
A més, un projecte pot estar sotmés a múltiples restriccions, com ara
temps, qualitat, recursos i cost.

PBL Project Based Learning Amb Project Based Learning (PBL), els alumnes passen per un procès
d’investigació d’una qüestió complexa, problema o repte.
Es permet a l’alumne cert grau de “veu i elecció”, però és el professor qui
planeja, administra i evalua amb l’objectiu d’ajudar als estudiants a aprendre
els objectius acadèmics clau, a assolir les competències que necessiten com
a ciudatans del s. XXI (co.laboració, comunicació, pensament crític,...) i que
siguin capaços de generar resultats d’alta qualitat.

• Estructures de suport de l’escola: la clau “proximitat”, “de petit a gran”
estratègia de “bola de neu”, permeten millors condicions d’integració.
• Col.laboració professional: amb o sense equip de professors, focus en
compartir (idees, estratègies, recursos, ...). PBL com a camí, no com a
meta.
• Suport administratiu: direcció, altres “líders” per poder sustentar PBL

• PBL is more popular with students and teachers than traditional methods.
• Compared to other instructional models, PBL enhances the quality of student learning in subject
matter areas.
• PBL seems to be equal to or slightly better than other models of instruction for producing gains in
general academic achievement.
• PBL is an effective strategy for teaching complex skills such as planning, communicating, problem
solving, and decision making.
• PBL can help increase student attendance, attitude, and self-reliance. For teachers, PBL can help
increase professionalism and collaboration.
• In order for PBL to succeed, teachers must provide support for students in skills such as inquiry
learning, effective technology use, metacognition, and workplace skills (for example, time
management).

Ets el cap de projectes d’un estudi de disseny de mobles de La Sènia –
DecoArt-, que ha guanyat el seu primer contracte amb IKEA, amb un diseño
innovador, la taula DOMINO TABLE
Teniu l’encàrrec de realitzar una sèrie de 500 taules amb tots els requeriments
que tots ja coneixeu dels productes IKEA: facilitat de transport (packaging),
facilitat de muntatge i bona relació preu/qualitat.
IKEA ha donat a DecoArt una data límit: 1 de febrer de 2015, donat que s’han de
vendre a IKEA Paris en uns dies promomocionals de series limita`des
DecoArt es un estudi de disseny i no té maquinària, però voleu complir amb
IKEA, repetir més contractes de DOMINO TABLE i crèixer
Preparar l’EDT identificant: nom del projecte, tasques principals i
subtasques que, segons el vostre criteri són les que millor
governaran aquest projecte
