Introduction:

First of all, would like to congratulate you for opting on for processing & doing KYC of Paytm customers.

Get Your Paytm KYC Done, Store Up to Rs. 1 Lakh and Become A VIP Customer

As Paytm are overwhelmed at the response they are getting from their customers to increase the

wallet limits as many of our users are now using Paytm for lot more transactions than ever

before. As a result, many users are exceeding the default limits of Rs.20000 a month.

To increase your wallet limits, just get a KYC done and upgrade your account. Same process is as follows in SOP.

RBI guidelines only allow total transactions of Rs. 20,000 per month for basic wallet users. However, you can spend unlimited amount and store up to Rs.100000 by completing your Paytm KYC process. Steps to turn ON storage Permissions for

Paytm Partner App:

Settings > Applications > Paytm Partner > Permissions > Storage

Step by Step Process Flow

To successfully do the EKYC of a customer for increasing the Wallet Limit of Paytm, the person himself first should be KYC Complaint & Should Have access & Installed Paytm Partner App in his/her Smart Phone - & to do KYC he/she must login in PP App with his/her Paytm User & Id & the process is as follows –

Home Screen -

Click on Start New

To Start E-KYC

Enter Mobile Number

KYC can be done only for customers who already

have a Paytm wallet.

For customers who don’t have the wallet,

download the app on

customer mobile and get their wallet created and then proceed with KYC

Customer Dashboard/Status

Tap here to do

If you get the status as ‘Success’ that means

the KYC of this number is done, you would

not be able to proceed further.

SMS with OTP will be forwarded

After Taping on Upgrade Account (KYC) – KYC Process will begin - Enter Aadhaar Number & Click on Proceed

After Clicking on Proceed it will ask to capture Finger Print - Activate Sensor (Shown Below) fter Clicking on Proceed it will ask to capture Finger Print - Activate Sensor (Shown Below)

Device will Scan Fingerprint

**In case you get any error:

1. Clean sensor

2. Try scanning different finger 3. Cross check Aadhaar number

Confirm Demographic details & Click on Confirm

Turn On Location – Once clicked on Confirm Details, pop up will appear to Turn on Location – Accept the same (Shown Below)

Please allow the device to turn on the Location, click on Ok to proceed

**You cannot proceed until

Location has been switched ON. Click on OK to proceed.

Additional Details to be entered –

Tap on the drop- down and choose from the options.

Please fill in the correct Mother’s

Name

Almost Done – Additional Details

Please enter the correct Father’s Name or Spouse Name, whichever is selected

Please select ‘YES’ if the Correspondence address is same as the address on Aadhaar Card.

Please select ‘NO’ if the Correspondence address is not the same as the address on

Aadhaar Card and proceed to providing the correspondence address.

Correspondence Address & PAN Number

Please fill in the Correspondence address of the Customer

Please enter the correct PAN Number

Completion & Success pop up & SMS to customer

Customer gets an SMS confirming Wallet upgrade

Wallet Upgrade Is Real Time. Customer Gets above SMS

on Upgrade.

After Logging in Paytm Customers get pop up -

Once Wallet is upgraded, Limit will be raised to 100000, & customer will be a VIP

Customer will get lots of offers & Cash
