PayPal Guide

Step 1.

The picture above is an overview of your PayPal account. In the picture the PayPal balance is

£0.00 (you may have some money here from previous transactions from sales on eBay,

refunds, online purchasing, etc.). The next step is to send money to pay for the item.

Step 2.

Firstly click the ‘send money’ tab on the top toolbar of the PayPal website. In box

under ‘To’ put the email address as the following:

[email protected]

Next, in the box under ‘Amount’ please put the agreed price. Please make sure the

box to its right has ‘GBP – British Pounds’ selected.

Next, under ‘What are you sending money for?’ select the second option ‘I’m

sending money to family or friends’. This means you will not be charged a fee if you

pay using your PayPal balance or a debit card. Please note: you will be charged a fee

if you are paying with a credit card. I recommend only paying with PayPal balance

or a debit card.

Finally press the orange ‘Continue’ button. The next step

Step 3.

Firstly, under ‘Amount’ make sure the agreed price in £ is stated here. If you have

make a mistake you can press the ‘change amount’ link to the right.

Secondly, next to ‘Your total charge’ this should be the same as the agreed price and

‘Your fee’ should be £0.00’. This may change if you have selected a credit card to

pay.

Next, it should state: [email protected] will receive (the agreed price) GBP

Next, under ‘Payment Method’ make sure you have selected the desired bank

account you wish to pay from. As I have stated earlier, I recommend by PayPal

balance or a debit card, so you will not be charge a transaction fee. You can press the

‘change’ link to select your account.

Next, in the box under ‘Subject’ type the information about the item you are

purchasing.

Name of the item (designer, and style name). The size (if this a pair of shoes or

clothing). The colour (or edition name). The agreed price.

Finally, in the box under ‘Message’ type the delivery information.

Your name. The address you would like the item sent to (home, work, etc.). Any other

information you would like to provide.

You have now completed the payment. I will send you an email confirming the completion of

the payment and that it has been successfully received.

I hope this guide was clear for you to understand.

What happens next?

I will then send you the postage information. This will include:

1. A photo of the receipt received at the post office as proof the item has been sent.

2. A copy of the postage purchase from the Royal Mail website (I will forward you the

conformation email I receive from them, with all the information).

3. The tracking number, which you can track the item online via the Royal Mail

website.

I only use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm, as a delivery option, unless stated

(for example posting outside the UK, an item that exceeds the £500 insurance). This option

requires a signature on delivery as a conformation, and this electronic signature can be

viewed online via the Royal Mail website. For delivery to countries outside of the UK, the

cost of postage and the delivery time will be higher and longer. This would have been

discussed with you prior to purchasing the item and the costs included in the final agreed

price.

Thank you
