    Input: songs, sounds, reading material (other poems, articles, quizzes, letters), images (paintings,

    photos, video clips), dramatizations and smells to activate Ss schemata S write down

    anything/everything that comes to their minds. Then use a template to write about a topic, e.g. love.

    Activities (reading and interpretation).

    - Matching exercises: matching poem to themes, feelings, images, songs, music, realia, other texts (stories,

    notes, other poems)

    - Drawing, acting, colouring, making an object.

    - Asking about the happy or angry words- Which line or phrase could be used as a book title.

    - Associations bw poem and Ss life experiences or immediate reactions
