Super Bowl XLIX (49) will be remembered for its exciting, crazy ending. Towards the end of the

game, it was quarterback Tom Brady who marched the Patriots down field to take a 28-24 lead over

the Seattle Seahawks in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday night. But with about 20 seconds left in the game it was ultimately the Seahawks who gave the

Patriots the win. With one of the best running backs in the game (Marshawn Lynch who is

nicknamed “Beast Mode”) and on the ½ yard line, the Seattle’s coach Pete Carroll called for a pass

instead of a run. That call will be questioned from now on because the pass resulted in an

interception thus ending the game. That moment gave Brady and coach Bill Belichick a fourth Super

Bowl victory, a feat matched by only two other quarterbacks: Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw.

Japanese journalist Kenji Goto was apparently the latest foreigner to be decapitated by ISIS. A newly distributed video from ISIS appears to show the beheaded body of Goto. It came one week after a video surfaced showing him holding a photo of what appeared to be the corpse of his fellow Japanese captive, Haruna Yukawa. Just like ISIS' previous beheading videos, the 67-second footage released Saturday was issued by the terror group's media wing, Al Furqan Media. The video has not yet been authenticated. The knife-wielding masked man in the video with a London accent has been nicknamed "Jihadi John." He has appeared in at least six videos with hostages and has overseen the beheadings of other captives.
