required materials and purchases

for the water provision. If it is not sufficient,
arrange with water suppliers.

program; and
• Coordinates with the various committees needed
for the implementation of both ceremonies.
COMMITTEE ON AWARDING AND CLOSING PROGRAM

• Secure the awards from the National Secretariat.

for lay outing and finally for printing;
• Coordinates with the ways and means committee
for the client’s inclusion in the SCUAA Post-
Souvenir Program.
• Designs the SCUAA Pre-Souvenir Program;
• Coordinates with the ways and means exhibits
and booths committees for the client’s inclusion in
the souvenir program.

COMMITTEE ON AIR & LAND TRANSPORTATION

Officials (Presidents & PASUC Secretariat)
• Designs the routes of the transports or vehicles
from the host SUCs.
• Provides transport services for Delegations from
Visayas, Mindanao, and Region 4 & %, to and
from Manila.

• Trains ushers and usherettes to assists in the
receiving guests, SUC Presidents and VIPs.
