RCIA Corner Discipleship Opportunity - Witness
• Share a story from your faith journey – making our faith real to the Candidates and Catechumens.
• Uncomfortable to share in person, recorded presentations are an option.
• Requested Commitment: once. Your witness story can be as long or short as it is, most often in the 5-15 minute range.
Marguerite Engel on sharing her faith story at an RCIA session: I had the privilege to share the story of my faith journey to the candidates a number of years ago. It was a blessing to me as I reflected on how God had his hand on me and my walk of faith and how He weaved in and through the events of my life. Our testimonies are supposed to be an encouragement to others to open themselves up to Christ and embrace Him in their lives. I was grateful to have had the opportunity to do so through RCIA and highly recommend getting involved in RCIA.

ARCHDIOCESE ANNUAL REPORT Copies are available for pickup in the gathering space. Fall Book Study Come join us for a book study this fall, using Sherry Weddell’s book “Forming Intentional Disciples – The Path to Knowing and Following Jesus”. A group will be meeting Thursday mornings starting in September to talk about how we can fully live a life of discipleship and help lead others to Jesus. If you are interested, but can’t make it Thursday mornings, there is a possibility of an evening study of this book. Contact [email protected] Refugee Committee Needs We are searching for affordable housing for a family of seven. Ideal rent would be $849 per month but would consider up to $1049. Please contact Lisa at 306-352-0863 or [email protected] Registration for Fall 2018 Holy Yoga Holy Yoga classes are offered at two Regina locations: Living Spirit Centre and All Saints Anglican Hall, at different days and times. The fall session of classes will start the week of September 11, 2018 and registration has begun. Confirmation & First Eucharist and First Reconciliation Registration at Resurrection Parish is ongoing throughout the summer. Confirmation is for grade 2 & older and reconciliation for grade 4 or older.
A registration form can be picked up at the welcome desk, parish office or downloaded from the parish website.
The weekend of Sept 8th & 9th, there will be an opportunity for registration after all Masses. After this date, you will need to contact the parish office.
