Learn common real estate terminology7. Learn about mortgage qualifi cations8. Get mortgage offer comparisons9. Compare housing types10. Check listings & prices online

Finding and choosing a real estate agent is another smart move. These professionals will dedicate their time and effort to fi nding the exact type of home that you’re looking for. By having a realtor do all the preliminary legwork for you, you won’t spend valuable time visiting properties that don’t suit your needs.

But real estate agents aren’t mind readers. That means you should be able to provide your realtor with as much information as possible.
