2–6 p.m. Register at Park House, pick up schedules, maps and tickets

6 p.m. *Golden Reunion Dinner, Park Distance Learning Conference Center

50th Reunion Dinner for the Class of 1964, FREE to class members and their plus one

Friday, Sept.19

Attend Class List of specific classes open to visitors will be available Sept. , from the Alumni Office.

8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Register at Park House, pick up schedules, maps and tickets to events

9–11 a.m. Welcome Alumni Reception and Continental Breakfast, Copley Quad Patio

10–11 a.m. Peace Journalism presentation, McCoy Meetin’ House Presented by Steve Youngblood, Director of Park University’s Center for Global Peace Journalism and two-time J. William Fulbright Scholar (Moldova 2001 and Azerbaijan 2007)

11 a.m. *Transportation from campus to the luncheon

11:30 a.m. “Dessert First” Reception, Kansas City Marriott Downtown Lemonade bar and cookies before the luncheon

6–9 p.m. *"A Night at the Museum," Museum at Prairiefire, Nall and 135th Street, 5801 W.

135th Street, Overland Park, KS 66223, $10, Free transportation to and from the museum will be available.

Park has reserved this exciting new museum for the evening, exclusively for our alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends. The museum will be exhibiting a popular collection of mythic creatures, exploring such mysteries as griffins, dragons, unicorns, and sea monsters. As you enter, you will be greeted by the museum's resident Tyrannosaurus rex, a full-sized cast from the actual skeleton on display in New York.

Park University Department of Natu-ral and Physical Sciences faculty Scott Hageman and Brian Hoffman, ‘86, Ph.D. will be on hand to lend their expertise and give guests a hands-on experience with Park's collection of dinosaur bones. Children are invited to experience the Discovery Room, full of hands-on opportunities for young scientists. Light appetizers compliments of the Alumni Associa-tion. Cash bar.
