2 Scope
The document includes parameter explanations and possible relations to3GPP specifications, and is meant for commissioning engineers and otherSGSN users.
The Parameter Dictionary describes the parameters that you can modifywith the MML commands of the following command groups:
. GPRS Network Handling (EJ)
. GPRS NS Layer Handling (FW)
. PLMN Parameter Handling (MX)
. GPRS Mobility and Session Handling (E5)
. Radio Network Controller Parameter Handling in SGSN (E6)

Based on the corresponding MML commands and files, the parameters inthis document have been organised into the following sections: SGSN,PLMN, VLR, LAC, CELL, NSE, NS-VC, Home/Visitor subscriber group,Home/Visitor access list, PAPU group, PAPU params, HT-CGI, APN,RNC, and IP.
