What an end to a great yearand what a bright start to a NewYear. Hello 2018. Let me beginby stating that we accomplishedso much last year. We got ourResident Advisory Councilelected. We have variouscommittees forming and are

beginning to shape the community. It’s also that timeof year when we make resolutions for the coming year.

I hereby resolve that Franklin Park Alamo Heightswill lead the way in resident satisfaction.

I hereby resolve that Chef Eddie and his team willprovide us with great food and parties in the comingyear.

I hereby resolve that we will introduce new activitiesand programming.

I hereby resolve that bean bag baseball will be backand new teams, new victories, and new rivalries will beformed.

I hereby resolve that we will be the best senior livingcommunity to work for and that our valued employeeswill stay, grow, and be even more productive.

I hereby resolve that we will all lose five pounds inthe coming year and gain it all back! But, that we willbe able to track it with our Fitbits and with Kerri Joyencouraging us all the way.

I hereby declare that 2018 will be better than 2017and it will all be because of YOU.

The above RAC, is WaltPrescher, Marilyn Dusek, Jim Hill, Jocelyn Miller, andRobert Canfieild. Now, we can move forward toward abetter, more efficient and organized community for thefuture of FPAH.
