complete, open the
order details view
by clicking on the
‘ORDER’ selector.

select Checkout to
send the order to

MODIFY quantities by

retyping, or use arrows
to right of quantity

DELETE items by
selecting ‘X’ next to the
item image
Once the order is
complete select Next

checkout process, or

Enter internal PO number
if necessary. When
complete click Place Order.

Place Order
Place OrderOnce the order is
placed a verification
message is displayed
along with the order
number. (Below in
green). Once orders
are submitted they are
sent to the Approval
Queue.

Approve Orders
Approve OrdersView orders pending
approval.
To approve an order
and send it to
PANDORA, select
APPROVE from the
Action column.
To cancel an order
select DENY.
Approved orders
automatically load
to the PANDORA
order system.
