Global reach… Personal service…

Exceptional results…

Our depth of experience, commitment to excellence and creative approach to

diverse matters set Pan-Pacific Immigration Law Group apart from other

immigration law firms.

Pan-Pacific Immigration Law Group specializes in U.S. immigration and nationality law with a particular concentration on employment-based, business, and investment immigration.

Our attorneys have a combined 35 years of legal experience and we believe in consistently and efficiently delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide. We have a deep understanding of the complex U.S. immigration laws and regulations and are able to tailor our advice and counsel to the unique needs and situations of our clients.

Our practice involves the representation of applicants for USCIS EB-5 regional center designation and individual foreign investors in the preparation and filing of I-526 and I-829 petitions and immigrant visa processing abroad, including U.S. embassies and consulates throughout Asia.

We are frequently called upon to advise companies on compliance with USCIS rules and regulations and are the “law firm of choice” for several established American regional centers. We have successfully represented hundreds of foreign national entrepreneurs and investors investing in pooled direct investment companies, approved regional centers, and their own enterprises.

In addition, we represent companies in sponsoring foreign workers for temporary or permanent employment authorization, and we represent individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, business, athletics and the entertainment industry.

We have also been honored to perform the legal work necessary to reunify families who are separated across the globe, as well as obtaining permanent residence status for foreign nationals marrying American citizens. Our work includes representation of fiancés, spouses, parents, children and siblings.

All of our cases are handled by a senior lawyer licensed in the U.S. and we work with talented case processors and support staff who are fluent in Mandarin, Tagalog, and Spanish. We have offices in Los Angeles, Arcadia, Woodland Hills, Beijing, and Shanghai.
