Council News

On behalf of the Resident Council and

Sunday Worship Service, we would

like to thank everyone who donated to

the recent hurricanes along the coast.

The sum for hurricane Harvey brought in a total of

$2430.00 and was donated to the American Red

Cross. The sum for hurricane Irma, brought in a total

of $1220.00 and was donated to the Salvation Army.

Our next council meeting will be held on Friday,

October 13th, at 1:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose

Room.

We will be issuing our next Service Award at the next

Coffee Hour on Wednesday, October 11th at 11:00

am in the Multi-Purpose Room. The Service Award is

a way of saying thank you to a resident or employee

for outstanding service.

The Agape Ringers / Sounds of the Season We are offering an outing to the Elmhurst Christian

Reformed Church for a Christmas Concert by the

Agape Ringers with guest artist New Tradition

Chorus on Saturday, December. 16, at 4:00 pm.

This Christmas extravaganza will include old favor-

ites as well as new holiday selections, utilizing 203

handbells and 73 handchimes.

Discounted tickets are available by signing up in

the Lifestyle Department. Cost: $10.00. Payment

must be received no later than October 25th. Ticket
