Commissions on the In Store Coupons are paid through a coded system. Brand Partners earn commissions on their rank and the differential of where the offer is redeemed.

Example : Joe is a Brand Director and Mary is his Connector. Mary views an in store offer and creates an impression. Joe then earns a penny for every code between himself and Mary. Joe would earn the following bonuses: Brand Partner, Brand Supervisor, Brand Manager, and Brand Director for a total of .04 on every commissionable impression.

Get Paid: Travel Dollars

Travel Dollars allow a customer to buy down the rate from the retail price to the amount of travel dollars allowed per booking.

How to Get Travel DollarsTravel Dollars are distributed in two ways:1. Through the Travel Dollar System: When someone downloads the Paid 2 Save mobile app, $50

in Travel Dollars are emailed to the connector (customer) as an incentive. Connectors can earn additional Travel Dollars for sharing with friends. Every time three (3) friends download the Paid 2 Save mobile app, the connector is awarded an additional $50 in Travel Dollars. A Connector can earn the additional $50 in Travel Dollars as many times as they like.

2. As a Brand Partner: Brand Partners receive Trav-el Dollar Incentives on entrance into the busi-ness in increments of $200 Travel Dollars. Travel Dollars can only be dispersed o a connector. These $200 incentives retail for $49.95 each.

How Travel Dollars Make You MoneyPaid 2 Save commissions will be paid on the 15th of the month following travel completion.

Commissions will be distributed as follows:• Commissionable volume is the amount Paid 2 Save collects from each successfully completed

travel event.• Up to 90% pay out on completed travel bookings.• 50% of the commissionable volume is placed into the 3 x 10 matrix.• 40% of the commissionable volume is paid to the first upline Brand Partner.• Your connector tree starts with your personal connectors and includes everyone that downloads

the mobile app through infinite levels. Brand Partners receive 40% commissionable volume of their entire connector tree.

Viral Effect of Travel DollarsAs you share the Paid 2 Save Mobile App with Connectors (Customers) and they share it with their friends, everyone that downloads the Mobile App will receive Travel Dollars as an incentive through infinity levels of depth. Any time one of your Connectors or friend’s connectors completes booked travel, you receive a commission.

Get Paid: Non-Profit Organizations

Once a Non-Profit is qualified for the Paid 2 Save Non-Profit program, Non-Profits can enter the business for free. Non-Profits do not receive any Ultimate Fun Club benefits with this program. Non-Profits enter the business at the rank of Brand Supervisor and are paid at this level.

Vacations

Regional Director Vacation: Once you qualify as a Regional Director, you are eligible to go on a vacation in December with the other Regional Directors. This vacation is available to you and your significant other and the trip is not transferable to any other person. This trip includes $300.00 in travel expenses and all nightly hotel costs. The company also provides some meals and entertainment.

For people who are just qualifying, you are eligible to take this trip the first time regardless of length of qualification. You are eligible to take this vacation the 2nd year as long as you are qualified 9 out of 12 months. Future vacations would require that you be qualified all year long.

National Sales Director Vacation: There is an annual vacation for National Sale Directors. All are eligible for the first vacation upon qualifying as a National Sales Director. The 2nd vacation requires you be qualified at that position 9 out of 12 months. All other vacations would require that you be qualified 12 out of 12 months as a National Sales Director.

Field Vice President Vacation: There is an annual vacation for Field Vice Presidents. All are el-igible for the first vacation upon qualifying as a Field Vice President. The 2nd vacation requires that you be qualified as a Field Vice President for 9 out of 12 months. All other vacations would require that you be qualified 12 out of 12 months as a Field Vice President.

Leadership Levels

Brand Associate: A Brand Associate earns commissions on retail sales and app redemptions. To rank advance to Brand Partner, a Brand Associate must have one active personally spon-sored Brand Associate or Brand Partner.

Brand Partner: A qualified Brand Partner maintains a monthly Ultimate Fun Club auto ship. A Brand Partner is qualified to earn 2 levels of matrix residual pay. A Brand Partner earns a 10% match on their personally sponsored Brand Partner coded residual income.Brand Supervisor: A qualified Brand Supervisor has 3 active personally sponsored Brand Partners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Supervisor is qualified to earn 4 levels of matrix residual pay. A Brand Supervisor also earns Brand Supervi-sor coded residual income.

Brand Manager: A qualified Brand Manager has 6 active personally sponsored Brand Part-ners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Manager is qualified to earn 6 levels of matrix residual pay. A Brand Manager also earns Brand Manager coded residual income.

Brand Director: A qualified Brand Director has 9 active personally sponsored Brand Partners and has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner. A Brand Director is qualified to earn 8 levels of matrix residual pay. A Brand Director also earns Brand Director coded residual income.

National Sales Director: A qualified National Sales Director has met the personal require-ments of a Brand Director. A National Sales Director has $21,000 in total volume. No more than 60% of volume can come from 1 leg. No less than 20% from any 2 legs. A National Sales Director also earns National Sales Director coded residual income.

Field Vice President: A qualified Field Vice President has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner and Brand Director. A Field Vice President has 3 separate legs of $21,000 of monthly volume. A Field Vice President is qualified to earn 10 levels of residual pay. A Field Vice President earns a 3% infinity bonus which starts from your 11th level down through un-limited levels to the next Field Vice President’s 8 levels. A Field Vice President also earns Field Vice President coded residual income.Senior Vice President: A qualified Senior Vice President has met the personal requirements of a Brand Partner and Brand Director. A Senior Vice president has 3 separate legs of $65,000 of monthly auto ship volume. A Senior Vice President is qualified to earn 10 levels of residu-al pay. A Senior Vice President’s 3% infinity bonus starts from your 11th level down through unlimited levels to the next Senior Vice President’s 8 levels. A Senior Vice President also earns Senior Vice President coded residual income.

Placement, Compression & Charge Backs

Placement1. Paid 2 Save operates a 3 x 10 matrix tree.

2. The matrix fills from left to right first level in auto feature. There is a placement feature at the time of sign up. Simply use the ID# of the person you would like to place your Brand Partner under. Please note that once a Brand Partner has been placed you cannot move them.

3. A Paid 2 Save Brand Partner will be able to track their downline in their matrix tree and leadership bonuses from the back office.

4. A person can only maintain 1 position in Paid 2 Save network genealogy.

5. The Waiting Room allows you to place a personally sponsored Brand Partner into a hold-ing pattern for 7 days before having to specifically place them into the matrix. A new associate in the waiting room who is NOT placed within 7 days will be auto-placed as described in paragraph 2 of Specification for Placement.

CompressionEach month, before monthly residual income is calculated, compression takes place and you are paid on that volume.

Charge BacksWhen a Brand Partner receives an advanced commission on any sale, they are subject to a charge back of any unearned commissions if the transaction is refunded or disputed. Charge backs will be deducted from any future commission checks until charge backs are relieved. Bonuses received by Brand Partners are subject to a 100% charge back due to fraudulent business or unethical activity.

Brand Associate: The first step to becoming a Brand Associate is to purchase a distributor kit for $59.95. This qualifies you as a Brand Associate and allows you to begin making retail sales and to enroll other Brand Associates. As a Brand Associate, you are qualified to earn commis-sions from your personal sales and from Travel Dollars. You are not qualified to earn matrix income or leadership bonuses. You can retail your way to success all the way through our entire compensation plan. There is a requirement to purchase any product in order to rank advance and earn commissions. To qualify for overrides, retail an Ultimate Fun Club Package generating $40.00 per month in commissionable volume, and retail either the Travel Pack or Business Builder pack to 4 different people. If you elect to purchase a Business Builder Pack, your own purchase will count as one of the 4 sales required to rank advance to the next level.

Brand Manager Generational Bonus Requirements: To earn generational pay, a Brand Manager must have a minimum of six (6) active Brand Partners the previous month to qual-ify for the current month. Generational Pay is paid out on Leadership Bonuses and Coded Monthly Residual Pay.

Brand Director Generational Bonus Requirements: To earn generational pay, a Brand Director must have a minimum of twelve (12) active Brand Partners the previous month to qualify for the current month. Generational Pay is paid out on Leadership Bonuses and Cod-ed Monthly Residual Pay.

Cash Back: You can shop online via our website or the mobile app at thousands of stores. Of-ten you can earn cash back on your own purchase. The amount of cash back will range from store to store and item to item. All Connectors are eligible to earn cash back. Brand Partners, Brand Supervisors, Brand Managers, Brand Directors, National Sales Directors, Field Vice Pres-idents, and Senior Vice Presidents will all earn 5% of the Transactional Volume of each sale that transpires within their coded rank.

Connector: A person who has downloaded the Paid 2 Save mobile application. As an incen-tive of the Travel Dollar System, a Connector receives $50 in Travel Dollars for downloading the Mobile App. Connectors can earn an additional $50 in Travel Dollars every time they have 3 friends download the Mobile App.

Daily Deals: The Daily Deal section of our mobile app is an extension of online shopping, hence, compensation and cash back offers will work the same as online shopping.

Merchant: A Merchant is a business that has agreed to work with Paid 2 Save and present offers through the Paid 2 Save Mobile App.

National Sales Director Generational Bonus Requirements: To earn generational pay, a National Sales Director must have a minimum of twelve (12) active Brand Partners the previ-ous month to qualify for the current month.

Non-Profit Organization: A verified non-profit organization can join Paid 2 Save as a Brand Supervisor at no charge. The non-profit organization needs to complete a brief online ap-plication verifying the organization’s non-profit status as well as including an image of the organization’s logo. Upon approval, the organization will receive a unique ID number and a website with their logo and private back-office portal. Next, the organization simply invites their supporters to download the Paid 2 Save mobile app and begin saving money when they shop.
