Remember: The Bill of Rights is Section 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996.
• PAIA is therefore the primary legislation that gives effect to the right entrenched in Section 32 of the Constitution of the RSA, Act 108 of 1996.
