Terminate Corrections Officer Bruce Harvey effective December 15, 2008. Hire Don T. Raby, Jr. as part-time deputy effective November 11th, 2008. ORDER TO APPROVE PEARL RIVER COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT'S BUS TURNAROUND AND MAKE IT A PART OF THE MINUTES

There came on this day to be considered by the Board of Supervisors of Pearl River County, Mississippi, the matter to approve Pearl River County School District's bus turnaround and make it a part of the minutes.

Upon the motion made by Charles Culpepper and seconded by Patrick Lee, the following order was adopted, to-wit:

Be It Ordered by the Pearl River County School District's bus turnaround being located within the Pearl River County School District and bearing approval of said Superintendent of School.

Be It Further Ordered that upon receipt of a signed document from the individual land owners and approved by said school board, the Road Manager be and is hereby authorized and directed to construct and maintain said school bus turnaround as set out above in order to enable the buses to travel said roads safely and to have ample room to turn said buses.
