Add Ginger garlic paste and tomato, sauté well9.Add marinated chicken, cook well.10.Add cumin and fennel powder, saute well.10.when the chicken half cooked, add the coconut milk, cook well.12.when it comes boil, add soaked rice in this mixtures. then add salt as required.13.when the moisture content evaporated, reduce fire, and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and pour ghee.14.Then put it for dum cooking for 20 minutes..15.A�er 20minutes,remove from fire, break dum, serve hot with any raitha.16.Garnish with fried onion, cashewnut and sulthanas.
