In 2009 software sales reached 30 billion yuan and software and outsourcing service sales reached 210 million dollars (including embedded and assembly test in part). There are 600 software and outsourcing service industries, 10 of which has been approved by CMMI and 60 of which has being approved by CMMI. More than 80,000 people work here. Chengdu high and new technology development zone covers IC design, outsourcing, information security, digital entertainment, sector application, etc., including IBM, Microsoft, Symantec， Intel, Accenture, Freescale, Tencent, Ubisoft Entertainment, Perfect World, Kidsland、 Kingsoft,30 Group,SYNNEX etc. We now have already had two enterprise groups: one is 3G telecom enterprise group in which core enterprises such as SIMENS, MOTOROLA, NOKIA, HUAWEI, ZHOGNXING are included. the other is IPTV group including core enterprises such as Chang Hong, Da Tang, and Jiu Zhou.
