GHT-22 catalyst use modified Al2O3 as carrier, take Tungsten、nickel and additives as

active component, is a new hydrofining catalyst with advanced production methods, has the

★ Application range

Suitable for hydrogenation of straight-run naphtha、coking gasloine、FCC

and pyrolysis gasoline, removing sulfur and nitrogen in the raw material and olefin saturation,

also can be used in regeneration. GHT-22 has excellent function of desulfurization and

denitrification, has the olefin saturation function at the same time, it can be used alone, if use

GHT-21/GHT-22 two-stage loading process, can make the olefin

saturation、desulfurization、denitrification achieve the best reaction effect.

GHT-23 HYDROTREATING GUARD ASSISTANT




GHT-23 catalyst use modified Al2O3 as carrier, take Tungsten、 nickel as active

component, is a new hydrotreating guard assistant, has the following features:

※ High crushing strength and large particles

※ Carbon deposition rate is slow, good activity and stability.

Mainly used for the hydrogenation of gasoline and diesel with low pressure, diene in

raw material is saturated and a small amount of residual carbon and residual iron are

deposited, prevent the coking at the top of hydrofining catalyst bed, in order to protect

hydrofining catalyst, make the unit normal operation. Especially suitable for front bed to

protect the main catalyst downstream.

GHT-12 HYDROFINING CATALYST OF DRY GAS


※ For GHT-12 hydrofining catalyst, r-Al2O3 as the carrier, tungsten、nickel and additives

as the active component. The catalyst has good activity for olefins and organic sulfur

hydrogenation under low temperature. Especially the preformance of

desulphurization、denitrification at low temperature is more outstanding, can make the

catalytic dry gas、 coking dry gas or the mixed dry gas hydrofining, fully meet the

requirement of hydrogen production process.

※ Good adaptation, can apply to three processes eg. refinery dry gas gasoline and diesel

adsorption hydrogenation、 circulating adiabatic bed and isothermal adiabatic bed

hydrogenation.

※ Good resist carbon ability、regeneration performance and long life time.

Suitable for the hydrogenation saturated transformation of organic sulfide、nitride and

around 20% unsaturated hydrocarbon in natural gas、 liquefied petroleum gas、coking

dry gas、catalytic dry gas、atmospheric gas、 low pressure gas of hydrogenation unit,

also can be regenerated to use. GHT-12 hydrofining catalyst can be used alone. If use

GHT-11/GHT-12 secondary loading process, can make the olefin

saturation、desulfurization、denitrification reach to the best reaction effect.

1.2 GCJ-43 ACTIVITY PROPPANT




GCJ-43 activity proppant use the big pore r-Al2O3 tabletting as the carrier,

tungsten、nickel as the main component, it is a new hydrogenation protective agent. The

characteristics are as follow:

※ High crush strength、big particle.

※ High content of active component, good activity and stability.

※ Low carbon deposited rate and long life time.

Mainly used in the medium and high pressure hydrogenation of middle distillate oil and

heavy oil, saturate the diolefin of raw material oil and deposit a small amount of

colloid、asphaltene、impurities suan as residual carbon and residual iron, prevent coking

of hydrogenation conversion catalyst at the top of bed layer, result in the reaction pressure

increase, so as to protect the hydrogenation conversion catalyst, and make the unit normal

operation. Especially suitable for protecting the main catalyst downstream as praevia bed

layer.

1.3 GFB-72 DEARSENIDE AGENT


GFB-72 catalyst use Al2O3 with large pore volume, loaded modified metal, is a new

hydrotreating catalyst.

※ Excellent hydrogenation activity of single and double loop aromatics, high saturation

level.

※ Good desulfurization and denitrogenation and isomerization performance.

※ Good regeneration performance.

HYDROMETALLIZATION


GJS-81 catalyst, use macroporous alumina carrier, has bigger pore volume and pore

diameter. Catalyst has following features:

※ Good hold-metal ability, high hydrometaillization rate(metal just as vanadium、Nickel

and others).

※ Good hold-carbon ability, high decarbonization residual rate.

※ Slow down the catalyst deactivation, long cycle for use.

1.5 GJN-61 HYDRODEWAXING CATALYST


GJN-61 catalyst is a mixture of modified molecular and Al2O3, has the following



fetaures:

※ Have more strong acid, the pore volume increase, hydrogenation function and acid

function are more matches.

※ High activity and selectivity, good effect of hydrodewaxing, high diesel yield.

※ Used for the combination process of diesel hydrofining and hydrodewaxing, at the

same time of desulfurization and denitrification, increase the diesel yield, and raise the

cetane number of diesel.

Single hydrodewaxing is suitable for the straight run diesel with good

quality of raw material and high wax content; hydrofining-hydordewaxing is suitable for the

2.1 FR-20 SEMI-REGENERATION CATALYST


FR-20 reforming catalyst is a new type of semi-regeneration catalyst with advanced

production technology, has the following features:

※ Carrier phase with high purity, concentrated distribution, stable structure, high crushing

strength.

※ Compared with local industrial catalyst, has equal activity, better selectivity.



※ Compared with local industrial catalyst, carbon deposition amount is reduced more

than 25%, can be used for a long period time.

※ Regeneration activity can be restored to the level of fresh agent.

※ The lowest platinum content in the catalyst, the catalyst cost is greatly reduced.

2.2 CZ-100 CCR CATALYST


CZ-100 catalyst is a new type of continuous reforming catalyst with high activity and

high hydrothermal stability, has the following features:

※ Good selectivity, high liquid yield of C5+, aromatics yield and hydrogen production rate

is increased.

※ Catalyst coking rate is dropped substantially, under the condition of the same reaction

severity, the coking rate is reduced more than 20%.

※ Keep good hydrothermal stability、chlorine holding capacity and excellent mechanical

properties.

4.1 GDS-B DESULFURIZER


GDS-B catalyst is a new type of desulfueizer with high purity zinc oxide as the main

raw material, has the following fetaures:

※ Good desulfurization ability with low temperature.

※ High hold-sulfur ability.

※ Good crush strength, low attrition rate, good water resistant performance.

※ Long life.

※ Strong adaptability.

nickel、 tungsten hydrofining catalyst, also can be used the protective agent for upper of

low transformation catalyst, and make the export sulfur content dropped to <0.1 ppm.

4.2 GTAs-41 DEARSENIDE AGENT


※ High activity, can meet the requirment of arsenic content ≤200 ppb with hydrogenation

catalyst, and arsenic content ≤1 ppb with reforming catalyst for raw material.

※ High hold-arsenic ability, about 40%.

※ High crush strength, strong ability against accidental operation.

※ Good regeneration performance, activity can rescover to fresh agent level.

※ Suitable for dearsenifing of gasoline、kerosene、diesel oil and their mixed distillate.

※ Suitable for hydrofining of secondary processing oil with arsenic content higher than

200ppb, so as to protect the hydrogenation catalyst.

※ Combine with reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst, in order to protect the reforming

catalyst.

※ Can use GTAs-41 to pre-dearsenide when the arsenic content is higher in producing

ethylene naphtha, so as to protect the precious metal catalyst downstream.

5. Catalyst ex-situ regeneration

5.1 EX-SITU REGENERATION OF HYDROGENATION CATALYST

★ The advantage of ex-situ regeneration method for hydrogenation catalyst

Ex-situ regeneration method of hydrogenation catalyst include: residual oil

combustion-sulfur combustion-coke combustion-sieving step, etc. (can increase fluorine

supplement step if have special demand) Compared with in-situ regeneration method, ex-

situ regeneration method has following advantanges:

※ Good regeneration result, high desulfuration rate and high decarbonization rate---

decarbonization rate is about 5% higher than in-situ regeneration; desulfurization rate

is about 10% higher than in-situ regeneration. High activity recovery rate---under

normal circumstances, activity recovery rate is about 10~15% higher than in-situ

regeneration.

※ Can shorten the unit repairation cycle with ex-situ regeneration, increase the effective

work days.



※ Through sieving after catalyst regeneration, greatly reduce the catalyst bed pressure

drop.

※ In favor of reduce equipment corrosion and protect environment. Sulfur-containing flue

gas and sewage produced by ex-situ regeneration have special facilities to handle.

※ Have quanlity assured, analysis and evaluate the sample of spent catalyst, so as to

determine the regeneration operation parameter, to ensure the catalyst activity can

restore maxmuim.

※ Easy to control regeneration process, and cannot happen temperature runaway.

※ Good technical economic effect. Because of continuous operation、short time、high

efficiency 、 low energy consumption and high activity recovery rate, etc. Has

comprehensive effect.

★ Index of ex-situ regeneration for hydrogenation catalyst

※ The average decarbonization rate: ≥ 9.5%

※ The average desulfurization rate: ≥ 9.0%

※ Attrition rate of catalyst regeneration: Determined by the analysis data of crush

strengh、dust content、oil content and carbon content of spent catalyst.

★ The suitability of ex-situ regeneration method

※ Suitable for all kinds of regeneration for renewable hydrogenation catalysts(including
