Without Concetti’s patented system, arranged to give all-round gripping of the bag, proper opening and retaining of the quad seal bags is simply left to chance.

vibration of the bag for compacting the product to improve palletisation and reduce the bag length.

• During transfer to the sealing station, Concetti uses a mechanical device (a roller) that can be selected if necessary to evacuate any

For high performance, the sealing bars are protected by a reel mounted Teflon sheet allowing a clean sealing face to be wound on whenever signs of wear appear. On high-speed applications a seal-cooling device is supplied.

Single or Double Gripper Tool

The gripper tools enables poorly filled bags to be handled easily and also sewn top bags to be overlapped. The special double gripper tools picks two bags (up to 5 kg) at a time placing them at different positions according to the layer configuration.

The gripper tool rotates thru’ 360º and is driven along the x and y-axes by servomotors and a system of toothed belts.
