Some Tips to Avoid Unevelness Problem in Package Dyeing:
1. Proper Pre-treatment should be ensured in terms of
Absorbency,Desizing,pH,Residual Peroxide,etc
2. Due to Sensitivity to hard water (Calcium) ,suitable Sequesting agent
should be incorporated,
3. Processing Conditions should be Strictly maintained.
4. Dye Dispersion should be properly prepared using Good Dispersing
Agent, Also check Filter paper Dispersion.
5. Suitable Dispersing & Levelling Agent should be used.
6. Controlled addition of Dyes is Desirable to Dye Bath.
7. Dyeing Temperature should be main tend as per Process.
8. Dyeing bath pH should be main tend strictly.
9. Proper Liquor Flow also to be Main tend in Dyeing (40kg/Lt/min).
10..Recommended Amount of Caustic soda & Soda Ash should be Main
tend.
11.Proper Removal of Soda Ash & Caustic Soda is Important after
Dyeing.
