PACIFICA is situated just 15 miles from downtown San Fran-cisco and just around the corner from Half Moon Bay, Daly city, San Bruno and San Francisco international airport. in

many ways, Pacifica provides the first escape from the ur-ban hustle and bustle of San Francisco and the peninsula. as travelers follow Highway 1 south and turn the corner

into Pacific Manor, one can almost hear the collective sighs as Pedro Point and the blue Pacific come into focus. Visitors from the south reach Pacifica through the beauti-ful Devil’s Slide tunnels and are greated with the forested hills around Linda Mar. Locals and visitors from around the bay area and beyond make frequent trips to its wide open

beaches, active fishing pier and unique neighborhoods.

Pacifica is a diverse and vibrant community. Like pearls on a necklace, the string of communities that make up the

city are one of the jewels of the peninsula.
