INSTALLATION OVERVIEW: 

Customer/Customer’s representative is responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal code requirements as well as completing all necessary permitting and code submittals and associated fees for the same. 

· Customer shall provide 15 amp -115 volt service. If ground fault option is not included in package customer is responsible for all electrical hook-up including ground fault protection.  

· A clear path from unloading area to final destination of 41” x 30” must exist. 

· The customer shall provide rigging equipment and labour to unload and place the pool within the facility. 

PAYMENT TERMS: 

Upon execution of the agreement, a non-refundable 10% down payment is required to process the order and the balance will be due 2 days prior to the product being released for shipment. At it’s option COLDTUB™ may accept bona-fide purchase orders at the time of execution of this agreement. All purchase order executed sales shall be due 30 days from the date of delivery. Penalties and interest may be charged to overdue accounts.
