PROPERTY MANAGEMENT One Lincoln Center is professionally managed by Reit Management & Research LLC as part of a national portfolio of over 55 million square feet of office space throughout the United States. The management team consists of an area manager, several property managers, administrative assistants, tenant coordinator, chief engineer and several building engineers to address all service requests at One Lincoln Center including, but not limited to, day to day maintenance, bulb replacement, basic repairs, etc. HVAC The HVAC system is a constant volume with two Trane 430 ton chillers. The HVAC system is controlled by a Landis & Staefa System 600 Building Management System (BMS) to provide the building with consistent, cost-effective heating and cooling. SECURITY The building provides 24-hour security service seven days a week; closed circuit televisions with nine cameras which are all time lapse recorded and monitor all entrance and exits, and a security card access system on all entrances to the building.
