FOXON PARK A public hearing, In regard lo
the passage of a garbage ordinance, will be held In the Town Hall, Monday. March 8th at 8 P.M. After the hearing Is held, tho niBttor of passing an actual ordinance Is left enth-ely ,up to the Board of Selectmen. In view of the fact that previous'ordinances have been declared Invalid, and the town of East Haven is left without any ordinance whatsoever regulating the tran.iportatlon or disposition of garbage, many residents of Foxpn Park feel that the passage- of an ordinance at this time would be the only remedy. This ordinance, it Is claimed, will benefit the entire town of Fast Haven, and Is something that should be enforced tor the gcnerol welfare.
