ABOUT P.H.MEDISURGE

‘P.H.MEDISURGE’ is one of the largest manufacturing units of Disposable Medical

Devices and Surgical wears in Gujarat. We are a dynamic and innovative company,

manufacturing and distributing high caliber, and high quality healthcare products

worldwide. We manufacture our products using the state of art technology in our ultra

modern factory.

Our Plant is situated at G.I.D.C., Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, built over an

area of 6,000 sq.ft.

In 2006, P.H.Medisurge started it’s manufacturing of disposable medical devices and

surgical wears. The Aim is to always have World Class manufacturing facility. We are

group of professionally qualified people with many years of sound experience and

knowledge in manufacturing, marketing etc. in the field of disposable medical devices.

We manufacture our products as per International Standards. We strictly consider the

entire Quality process. Our Quality Assurance system ensures comprehensive and

exhaustive series of physical, chemical and biological testing at different stages in the

production cycle. Beginning from the procurement of raw materials, detailed

examination, quality checks, damage-free packaging, finished good checks, careful

dispatch, and prompt after-sale services to the customers.

We are among the Top few Companies in India, with in-house capabilities including

precision assembly in Class 10,000 Clean Rooms, Sterilization and Comprehensive

Quality Assurance.

We have our own Animal House as one of our unique features. We manufacture these

products strictly in accordance to the W.H.O. standards (Schedule M as per the drug

act).

With the strong technical knowledge of our staff, we undertake development of

virtually any kind of specialized medical disposable products.

Our manufacturing facilities include ETO Sterilizer, Heated Sealing, Blister packaging,

AHU Systems, Assembly and Packaging.

CURRENT BUSINESS

Presently, we are supplying our products to different states within India and export to

other countries as well. We are having very strong network of distributors in Gujarat,

Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Pondicherry, Bihar, Kerela, Tamil Nadu,

Karnataka and Maharashtra.

I.V SET [INTRAVENOUS INFUSION SET]

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. The Spike Cover is LD/HD, Virgin Material, Translucent/Milky. The Spike is made up of Virgin ABS,

Natural Color, with 3 eyes and protective cap. Cylindrical flexible drip chamber with filter facilitates rapid adjustment of fluid level. Super

smooth kink resistant tubing with very efficient roller controller for

accurate and unrestricted flow.

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Cylindrical drip chamber

with/without airvent provided passage of any clot into the patient. Fitted

with siliconised long needle for smooth flow. Efficient roller controller

helps for accurate adjustment.

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Kink resistant tubing along

with drip chamber and efficient roller controller. Latex along with needle

help for easy flushing and smooth flow.

M.V SET (MEASURE VOLUME SET)

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Large calibrated soft flexible

chamber made out of medical PVC grade. Injection part on top for extra

medication. Automatic shut off valve, micro dropper and flexible drip

chamber. Efficient controller for accurate adjustment of infusion rate.


S.V SET [SCALP VEIN SET]

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Designed to provide rapid

venous access with greater patient comfort during infusion. Short beveled

siliconised needle facilitates atraumatic cannulation. Color coded butterfly

wings by size for easy identification. Butterfly wings facilitate easy

handling and attachment with the skin. Wings are connected to soft non-

toxic, non-irritant, medical grade which does not kink.


UROLOGY

URINE COLLECTION BAG

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Unique handling device fits

easily over bed rail or wheel chair. Anti -reflux prevents gross reflux of

urine and potential infection. Stepped connector assures a secure

catheter fit. Large-bore drain tubing improves urine flow. Convenient

drain port with protective cap provides easy emptying bag graduated for

accurate reading.


URETHRAL CATHETER

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Perfectly finished,

electronically coned, distal end for smooth, painless insertion. Two non -

opposite lateral eyes for efficient drainage and improve efficiency and

reduce risk of blockage. Funnel shaped, color-coded connector at

proximal end.


NELATON CATHETER

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Used for short term bladder

catheterization. Manufactured from non-toxic, non-irritant medical grade

P.V.C. compatible with catheter lubricants. Frozen surface tubing for

super smooth intubation. Atraumatic, soft rounded, closed tip with two

lateral eyes for efficient drainage. Universal funnel shape connector for

easy connection to urine bag. Funnel shape connectors are color coded

for instant identification of sizes.


RECTAL CATHETER

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Used for introduction of

enema solution into rectum. Manufactured from soft non toxic, non

irritant kink resistant medical grade PVC tube. Distal end is open with one

lateral eye for efficient drainage and easy connection to the suction

equipment. Funnel connecters are color coded for instant size

identification.


GASTROENTEROLOGY

RYLE’S TUBE

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Specially designed for

patient undergoing long term gastro intestinal feeding, aspiration and

intestinal secretion. Corrosion resistant stainless steel inserts sealed at

the distal end for X-ray identification and assisting the movement of the

tube. Siliconised and smooth outer surface to reduce chances of tissue

irritation. Radio opaque line throughout the length for easy placement

identification.


INFANT FEEDING TUBE

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Made out of smooth, non-

toxic, non-irritant, flexible, medical grade PVC tube. Siliconised and

smooth outer surface finish for minimal tissue irritation. Thermo sensitive

material softens at body temperature to confirm to internal anatomy. X-

ray visible full length radio opaque line.


ANAESTHESIA

SUCTION CATHETER

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Smooth, non-toxic, non-

irritant, flexible, medical grade PVC tube. Siliconised and smooth with

rounded outer surface finish for minimal tissue irritation. X -ray visible full

length radio opaque line. Distal end is smoothly rounded with two non -

opposing lateral eyes for patient comfort and efficient aspiration.


MUCUS EXTRACTOR

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. See-through plastic

container with clearly marking permits immediate visual examination. Low

friction catheter is provided with open and silk smooth round tip for

trauma free insertion of the aspiration. Spare plug cap is provided to seal

the container for safe transportation of specimen to the laboratory or

aseptic disposal of container.


GYNAECOLOGY/PAEDIATRIC

UMBILICAL CORD CLAMP

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Manufactured from non-toxic

medical grade polymer. Designed to seal the umbilical cord, preventing

loss of blood as the cord dries beneath it. Provided with grooves all along

the length.

CHEST DRAINAGE CATHETER

It is Non-toxic, Non Pyrogenic, ETO Steriled. Smooth tapered tip and

siliconised outer surface to reduce chances of tissue irritation. It has

accurate marking at equal distance that helps to assist in accurate
