GENERAL INFORMATIONACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:As orders are entered, DeLONG will email or fax your acknowledgment to the dedicated email address or fax number you provide at no charge.

WARRANTY:All DeLONG products are guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials. DeLONG reserves the right to examine merchandise to determine, in its sole discretion, if the garment is in fact defective due to workmanship or materials. All returned items are done so at the risk of the dealer.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:Shipping, delivery, or quality claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. No merchandise may be returned to DeLONG without a DeLONG Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). In order to obtain an authorization for return, please call 1-877-820-0916. To facilitate this process, please have the style, quantity and DeLONG order number available when you call. All return requests, with the exception of defective merchandise, must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. The return authorization number must appear on the outside of all cartons returned. All merchandise received without a valid Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. Merchandise must be laundered before returning. Soiled merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

SHIPPING:DeLONG ships all merchandise F.O.B. plant location. DeLONG ships all merchandise via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer. UPS tracers will be run at no charge if merchandise was not delivered.

PRICES:All prices are subject to change without notice. The line item prices shown on the printed acknowledgment are the only prices honored. Verbal quotations are only estimates and are not binding.

RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS:DeLONG reserves the right to impose a handling charge for each returned check or refused shipment.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:Customer's credit application along with these Terms and Conditions contain the entire understanding between the parties. Customer acknowledges that there are no terms, conditions, warranties or representations other than those contained in the credit application and these terms and conditions.

VIRTUAL PROOFS:DeLONG virtual proofs are intended to be a general representation of product ordered from DeLONG. They are not a final proof of an order. Refer to order acknowledgments for complete specifications. All DeLONG product carries a DeLONG logo.

TERMS:Sales are made under a variety of selling terms. Standard selling terms are net 30. DeLONG offers credit card sales charged to either Visa, MasterCard , American Express or Discover. Orders are processed upon authorization by the credit card clearing house. All of our merchandise is shipped F.O.B. plant location. Title to all goods rests with the customer when the merchandise is delivered to a common carrier consigned to our customer’s specified shipping address.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:The terms specified herein and on our order form, acknowledgment, and invoice are the only terms by which DeLONG sells merchandise. DeLONG does not agree to terms and conditions stipulated on buyer’s purchase order or similar documents, correspondence or statements of policies, unless a written agreement is reached with a duly authorized officer of DeLONG, stipulating DeLONG’s acceptance of such terms and conditions.

COST OF COLLECTION:If the buyer fails to pay any amount when due, including service charges, buyer agrees to pay the full amount of any costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by DeLONG in the collection of such overdue amounts by litigation or otherwise.

SPECIAL NOTE:We reserve the right to limit best service available at time of credit approval to qualified dealers when necessary. Non-qualified delivery dates are subject to change without notice.

EFFECTIVE DATES:Prices are effective September 1, 2015. Prices are subject to change without notice, but in no case are prices valid beyond one year of the effective date.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES:At-once orders - Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted once the order has been placed into production. Changes to orders are available at no charge prior to the order being placed into production. Once the order is in production, changes may not be possible. Occasionally changes may be made to the order for a nominal fee with DeLONG’s approval. Please call Customer Service at 1-877-820-0916 for assistance.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES; STATUS OF LIMITATION:DeLONG will not be liable for any loss of profit, interruption of business or any other special, consequential or incidental damages suffered or sustained by customer. Any action for breach of contract must be commenced within one year from date of delivery of the goods.

CATALOG REPRODUCTION:The reproduction, including internet and WEB Site display, of any DeLONG catalog or other form of product representation is prohibited by copyright protection, without the prior written consent of the company.
