BUILDING UPDATESPOP UP BIKE REPAIR SHOP Oxford Place is pleased to have Reckless Bike Shop on-site to complete a number of services for you while you’re at work. Please email BRIAN with a short description of your bike and any parts you know it may require. Lower Main Level of Guinness Tower | Monthly service the 3rd Friday each month 10am – 4pm.

TRANSFORMER PROJECT AT GUINNESS TOWER Guinness Tower is replacing the high voltage transformers in the building. Here’s what to expect: Planned power outages on November 4th, November 18th, and December 2nd; Loading bay parking will be temporarily reduced.

GUINNESS TOWER ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION UPDATE Installation of the PORT Dispatching System interface is scheduled to Go Live November 2017. Elevator #6 modernization is expected to be completed December 2017.

NEW GIFT CARD PROGRAM Oxford will be launching our exclusive Oxford Gift Card Plus program at Oxford Place. Oxford Properties operates a national gift card program at 11 shopping centers and 8 urban retail office complexes across Canada. It is also the only mall gift card that can be used for hotel stays at select Oxford owned Fairmont Hotels and for flights on Porter Airlines. Look for our campaign launch November 1st.

If card amount is not enough to cover purchase – What do I do? Follow your store procedure for a split tender transaction and you will need to ask the customer to pay the balance with another payment method to complete the purchase.

There are 14 card designs that are part of the Oxford Gift Card Program that can be redeemed at any of the Oxford properties.

Part of delivering Oxford’s superior customer experience is the use of Merchant Visits, a process that allows for increased communications between Guest Services Staff and our merchants. Our Guest Services Staff will come around 6 times a year and go through a test transaction, record the result and answer any questions you might have.
