• Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is lead federal agency managing the regulatory process, they will consult additional federal and state agencies along the pipeline route

• This project is undertaking the completion of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which will fall under the federal NEPA and 106 guidelines
