• All incoming shipments will be charged.• All outgoing shipments from OVDL Dental Lab to your location will be FREE. (place all cases in one box only)• Any Express Delivery will be subject to an additional charge.

Precious Metal Allowance (For PFM):

• All semi & Precious metal allowance is 1 gram per unit.• Excess weight (more than 1 grams) will be charged at prevailing prices.• Full Metal Cast allowance is two grams per unit.

Conditions must be met for warranty to Apply*

1. Prothesis must be inserted by a licensed, practicing dentist.2. Dental prosthetic must be returned with model work and crown in order for the credit to be issued or to remake the prosthesis.
