Authentication and data transfer on the platform are fully secured by SSL protocol and each access is customized to different user’s profiles (guests, Technical Partners, Project Managers, E.C. representatives, etc).

Tasks for main coordinator of the project ………

Project manager: informs all partners and individual project team members, researchers about the state of the project, about the obstructions, delayed in WPs, tasks, new subtasks, adaptation to the actual state.
The project manager is the main person who accept all information and spread them to all partners – key position.
Regular way how to transfer and spread informations to relevant partners, persons: status smetings, status reports.
The ways of communication and the frequency of them has to be adjusted just before the starting of the project and the partners have to be informed about this and they have to aggre with this communication plan.

Risk management involves the use of risk analysis for systematic identification, assessment and control of risks. Risk analysis is performed repeatedly throughout the project to ensure continuous control of the project´s risk

Plan of communication for large consortium
•Identify the contact persons of all partners, subcontractors, stakeholders
•Define which type of information (management, research, financial, marketing)
•Timing, frequency, responsible person for communication, outputs for others
Types of communication
MANDATORY – reports - periodic reports, minutes of meetings, outputs of teleconferences, videoconferences, finantial reports, etc. (pushed communication) INFORMAL – reports and overview provided mainly for reading, active access and active providing, website, archives, virtual library, papers, posters, lectures (pulled communication)
MARKETING COMMUNICATION – publicity of the project, consortium, scientific social network, logo, flyers, conferences, symposiums, invited lectures, organizing of workshops for scientists (pushed communication), promotional materials with the logo of the project, communication with the media
