    NARBERTH, PA.-OUR TOWN

An Open Letter of Thanks to the People of NarberthPeople of Narberth : -1 wish to thank you for your patronage 'duringthe past seven years. 1 extend special thanks for the splendid co

operation received in th e last few weeks of hardships which I haveundergone because of unexpected notice to move.To Mr. Hamilton, the President of th e Merion Tit le and Trust Co.,1 extend my heartfelt gratitude for generously extending to me enoughtime in which to dispose of my stock.During my stay in Narberth, and especially during the pas t weeksalready mentioned 1 wish to say that 1 have not only secured cusfomers, but real friends. This has been proven by the sincere sympathy shown me by everyone. These true friends have induced me to work al l ends and finallymake the sacrifice of purchasing the property at an exhorbitant price, which would have been and still is almost an impossibility, but forthe prospects of the future pointed out by my host of friends. Thepast few weeks of anxiety have taught me one thing, namely, thatreduced prices drew the people. I have seen people in my store whom1 have never seen before. Therefore I have resolved to carry a largestock and sell everything at the very lowest possible prices, so tha t itwill pay you to come here before going elsewhere.
