DOUGHNUTS

Ingredients: -50g butter. 490g flour. 350sugar. 2 eggs. 1 yolk. 4g bicarbonate. 8g baking powder. 8g salt. 4g grated walnut nutmeg. 4g cinnamon. 170g fermented milk. Cooking Tools: -a plate. -a fork. - a wooden spoon. -a bowl.Procedure:-Put the cinnamon and the sugar in a pan.-Melt the butter and let it cool.-Put 140 g flour,salt,sugar,baking powder , melted bicarbonate and the grated walnut nutmeg in a big container.- In a different container, mix the milk , the eggs and the egg yolk. Beat it, add the butter and beat it again.-Pour the mixture over dry ingredients (flour, salt and

so on).

-Beat it with a wooden spoon.-Add the rest of the flour and mix.-Put the dough and dread.-Make the doughnuts.-Fry them.-Get them covered with the mixture of the sugar and cinnamon.

POTATO OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS: Cooking tools: 500g potato a knife 2 tablespoons oil a pan 7 eggs a bowl a tablespoonProcedure:Rinse the potatoes under cold water,cut the potatoes, fry the potatoes, beat the 7 eggs and mix the potatoes and the eggs. Next put them in the pan. Fry it and turn it over.

BUTTER BISCUITS

PABLO DE LA SERNA

Ingredients: Cooking tools: -1 cup of sugar. -A beater. -2 eggs. -A tray.

-1 teaspoon essence of vanilla. -An oven.

-5 cups of flour. - A bowl. - A roller. - Moulds of different shapes.

Procedure:

-Beat the butter.-Add the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla.-Add the flour little by little.-Knead the dough with the hands.-Add the flour to your hands.-Spread the dough.-Cut the dough in different shapes.-Put it in a tray with butter.-Preheat the oven.-Put in the oven for 15 minutes.

CREPS INGREDIENTS : One tablespoon sugar 3 Eggs One cup of oil One teaspoon of salt A pinch of cinnamon

COOKING TOOLS :A spatula , A frying pan , A plate and A spoon

PROCEDURE :1 – Put the sugar , in the bowl 2 – Put the kichen paper on the plate 3 – Add the rest of the ingredients 4 – Put the mixture in the frying pan 5 – Fry it for 15 minutes.6 – Serve

CroquettesIngredients:-100g chicken-60g butter-60g flour-500g milk-2 boiled eggs -One pinch of walnut and salt-1 cup of oil-Eggs, flour and grated bread for the croquettes

Procedure:Cut the cooked chicken in small pieces.Put the ham and the boiled eggs in the bowl.Put the butter, and flour in a saucepan and cook it a bit.Pour the milk and add salt, and put a pinch of

grated walnut.Add the chicken, ham and boiled eggs in the dough.Stir it , pour it on a tray and let it cool for two hours.Make croquettes and put them in flour, beaten eggs and grated bread.Fry the croquettes, and it is ready.

EGG CREAM CARAMEL

Ingredients-5 eggs-750 ml of milk-10 tablespoons of sugar (two for each egg)

Cooking tools- A saucepan- A bowl- A knife- A special bowl for egg cream cream caramel- An oven

PROCEDURE

1.- Prepare the caramel in the pan.

2.- Put the caramel in a pot. Spread the caramel on the base of the pot.3.- Beat the eggs in a pot, the sugar and the milk.4.- Put the mixture in a pot and put it in the oven and the container full of water at 200ºC for one hour.

5.- Put the knife in the egg cream caramel. If the knife is clean, it is ready, if not, bake more.

6.- Remove the egg Cream Caramel from the container and let it cool. Next put it in the fridge.Eat it better the next day.

CHOCOLATEBALLS

INGREDIENTS: COOKING TOOLS: -300g (a bar) of chocolate -A saucepan-A tube of condensed milk -A wooden spoon

-100g flour -A teaspoon-Chocolate-noodles

PROCEDURE:1-Put the chocolate in a saucepan and heat it to melt.2-Add the butter to the chocolate.3-Stir it and add the condensed milk and mix it very well4-Put it in the fridge until it gets hard5-Make balls6-Sprinkle the balls with chocolate bits

FRENCH OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

-2 eggs-1 teaspoon oil -1 pinch of salt

COOKING TOOLSa spatulaa frying pana plate

PROCEDURE:- Beat the eggs.- Put the 2 eggs in the frying pan.- Add 1 pinch of salt.

-3 yolks-3 teaspoons of sugar-3 teaspoons of maizena (corn flour).-½ l of milk

PROCEDURE1.Make a cake cream: put 3 yolks, 3 teaspoon of sugar, 3 teaspoon of maizena and ½l of milk in to the bowl. Mix everything with the mixer and put it in to the saucepan, and heat it. Before it bolls, remuve it and set aside.

2.Put sugar and water in small saucepan, and hit it.Remove it before 5 minits.

3.Put sugar and cream in a bowl and beat the cream. Next put the small spong cakes one by one in the water with sugar.

4.Put de cream in the tray. Next put the small spong cakes above the cream. After, put the cake cream in the tray, and put it in the fridge. Finally put the caramel above it and it`s redy.ESTITXU

– Waffles!!!–– Ingredients:– 300 g flour– 50 g sugar– one teaspoon of baking powder– 2 eggs– ½ l milk– a pinch of salt– a cup of oil –

– Procedure:–– 1- First heat the milk and mix in a bowl with 2 eggs and

one cup of oil.–

– 2- Second add 300 g of flour, 50 g sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix it.

– 3- Set the dough aside for 1 hour.–

– 4- Take a waffle maker and preheat it, then pour the dough and let it cool.

Orange cake

Ingredients:

-3 eggs-250 g of sugar-250 g of flour-1 teaspoon of baking powder-1/4 cup of milk-1 cup of orange juice -1/4 cup of oil-A cup sweet wine-A pinch of cinnamon-A grated lemon and orange-Flour and butter for the mould

-Caster sugar

Cooking tools:

-A bowl, a mixer, a spoon, a mould, an oven, a saucepan.

Procedure:

-Beat the eggs and the sugar in the bowl.-Add the grated lemon in the bowl and beat.-Add the milk, oil and the sweet wine.-Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. And add it to the mixture.-Put it into the mould and bake it for 30 min.-Put the orange juice, the tablespoon sugar and the grated lemon in the pan and heat it.-when the sponge cake is ready pour the orange juice in the cake.AITOR UGALDE

Chocolate Chips CookiesIngredients:

- 85 g butter- 90 g chocolate- 100 g (brown sugar)- 50 g caster sugar - 130 g flour - 2 g baking soda- 2 g salt- 1 egg yolk- 6 g (vanille

Cooking tools:- a knife- a spoon- a bowl- a beater- a spatula- oven paper-

ProcedurePreheat the oven to 170º. Cut the chocolate in small pieces. In the bowl mix the caster sugar and the brown sugar .Add the melted butter and beat. Add the egg yolk and the vanilla and beat. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda and beat. Add the chocolate and mix it with a spatula. Cover a bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Take out the bowl and form small balls. Put them in the oven tray and close the oven. Keep them 14 minutes in the oven.
