Our Militarys Embrace of the Occult

Have you seen the filmMinority Report?It was released in 2002
and is based on the late-fifties short story by Philip K. Dick,
whoalso wrote the propheticDo Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?,
which became the movieBladeRunner.
Minority Reporttells the story of a crime-prevention unit known
as Pre-crime in 2054Washington D.C. The unit gets its tips from a
trio of psychics, who float around in an oversizedPetri dish full
of conducting fluid and are wired to one another and to a computer
that reads theimages they see of murders that will happen.
Because of these ESP-driven visions, the Pre-crime officers make
arrests of individualswho may not yet be criminals but who have
been identified as crime perpetrators at some pointin the
future.
Theres a catch, however, the research scientist whose work led
to Pre-crime is rankledthat the process has been turned into a
political football. The scientist also knows that Pre-crime
is an inherently fallible system because of the potential for
human error and the fact that thedesign is flawed: the psychics,
orpre-cogs, dont always share the same vision, and when
thishappens, the odd visionthe minority reportis covered up, never
to be found.
Does this system seem implausible? Can we dismiss it as merely
the figment of ascience-fiction writers imagination?

IanFlemings James Bond series, youll come to the realization that
either these writers wereextremely psychic themselves or, perhaps,
they had a little inside information about the realscientific tools
that were in research and development during and right after the
Second WorldWar.
Few of us have any idea what the German, Soviet Union, and
American scientists wereworking on throughout the Second World War
and, further, few of us are aware that Naziscientistsa group prized
by both the United States and the U.S.S.R.were spirited into
bothcountries at the end of WW2 to continue their diabolical
work.
Now lets consider the present.The U.S. military has been
involved withamong other questionable practicesthe
technique of remote viewing.On the website

the retrieval of psychically derived accurate information [PSI]
about
a person, place, thing, or event, anywhere in time or space,
using a precise set of protocols whichfacilitate the downloading of
data while minimizing mental noise, imagination, and analysis.
Remote Viewing, as a trainable skill that anyone could learn
without ever having aprevious psychic experience, was not a known
innate human ability until very recently, whenthe United States
government contracted Stanford Research Institute to develop a
reliable PSItechnology for intelligence collection purposes. The

investigation into the usefulness of PSI was the direct result
of intelligence in the 1970s whichshowed that the Soviets were
investigating and employing psychics for espionage.
After years of experiments, a brilliant psychic and artist named
Ingo Swann, who hadbeen the subject of much of the early remote
viewing research at S.R.I. [Stanford ResearchInstitute, a thinktank
dedicated to the psychological manipulation of the masses] directed
his
attention at his own psychic process and modeled it. These newly
discovered techniques in theearly 1980s allowed virtually anyone,
after intensive rigorous training, to successfully learn
toeffectively remote view with an accuracy rate higher than the
best known natural psychics.
Swann was contracted to train an Army prototype five member
remote viewing team,which consisted mostly of military intelligence
officers. The results were more than anyone hadhoped for, and the
technology was continually refined and tested against some of the
intelligencecommunity's most difficult national security targets.
The government kept this a tightly heldsecret for over ten years,
with a total expenditure of $20 million dollars on the program.
In the mid 1990s due to changes in leadership, attrition in the
ranks of the trainedremote viewers, and attempts by some to clear
the government of any potentially embarrassingprograms (in the wake
of Iran Contra), the program was finally canceled. However, in
1989,
against the wishes of the then civilian administrator, a private
corporation named PSI TECH wasformed with the assistance of the
former commanding General of INSCOM [U.S. ArmyIntelligence and
Security Command], with the mission to preserve the technology.
Another site devoted to remote viewing,

by definition is not spontaneous, it is planned, and is usually
close tothe actual opposite of an out-of-body experience. That does
not mean that PSI data cannot comevia OBE, Lucid Dreaming, or many
other avenues, of course.
This stuff is not scientific; its Satanic.As is written in
Ezekiel 21:21 (KJV): For the king of Babylon stood at the parting
of the
way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he made his
arrows bright, he consulted withimages, he looked in the liver.
Are we allowing ourselves to morph into the New Babylon in the
drive toward victory atany price? Do we sanction the conjuring of
dark forces for the promise of security?
Because, if that is what we are doing, then we have subjugated
ourselves to a greaterperil, a far greater evil.
And understand, too, what the military is using on our supposed
enemies today will oneday be turned on our population. Pre-crime is
not science fiction, it is real, and, like the tortureand the
experimental weaponry our military is using on other peoples of
this world, it will beused on us, at least those of us who finally
awaken to the fact that totalitarianism, not freedom,has encircled
us.
