    From the Pastor:

This last Sunday of Easter, this meditation from Blessed Columba Marmion might help better prepare us to receive the Holy Spirit anew this Pentecost:

O Father, glorify your Son! Establish his reign in the hearts of all who love him; bring under his scepter the souls that have turned away from him; draw to him those, who sitting in darkness, do not yet know him! Father, glorify your Son, so that in his turn, he may glorify you in manifesting to us your divine being, your perfection, your will!

O Jesus, most powerful High-Priest, now that you are seated at the right hand of the Father and enjoy your victory and power in all its fullness, ask your Father, as you promised, to send us another comforter. Through the sufferings of your humanity you merited this grace for us; the Father will hear you because he loves you.

O, Holy Spirit, come to us and renew us!

With love and Prayers, Fr. Francis

“After decades of crushing Roman rule, the Hebrew people are losing hope. When will the promised Messiah come? Into the midst of this turmoil, young Mary is told she will bear God’s Son.

Angels in heaven proclaim His birth; humble shepherds and regal kings pay Him homage. Clearly this is no ordinary baby! But who is He – really? Is He the Messiah, our Savior? Who can even believe such a thing!”

Witness the event that is central to the season, brought to life on a panoramic stage with high drama, spectacular special effects and live animals – on stage and in the aisles.
