Gathered By Grace December 4, Gathered By Grace: Advent-Room at the Inn
Advent is the time of year, more than any other, that we come to appreciate something of the Bible’s sense of the sacredness of hospitality, of welcoming others. Let us consider, as we prepare to welcome the Christ Child, to also prepare to welcome others into our midst. “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without knowing it.” Join us on December 4th for an Intergenerational Advent, “Room at the Inn”. In this season of Advent, may we deepen and strengthen our relationship with the Holy One so that more of the divine presence within us shines through and offers a welcome to others.
