April 21, Monday within the Octave of Easter Acts 2:14, 22-33 Ps 16 Mt 28:8-15 Not undergoing corruption, but raised from death, Jesus instructs the women to announce his resurrection to the disciples. April 22, Tuesday within the Octave of Easter Acts 2:36-41 Ps 33 Jn 20:11-18 Mary Magdalene proclaims the resurrection of Jesus, delivered from death, and made both Lord and Messiah. April 23, Wednesday within the Octave of Easter Acts 3:1-10 Ps 105 Lk 24:13-35 Invoking the name of Jesus, Peter heals the cripple. The disciples recognize Jesus in the breaking of the bread. Escucha la Palabra (Juan 20:1-9) Al escuchar las palabras en el Evangelio de Juan, ¿qué sentimientos
interiores despierta? ¿Qué palabra o frase llamó su atención?
Ve tu vida Pregunta para los niños: ¿Cuándo has visto a alguien hacer una buena acción por alguien más? Pregunta para los jóvenes: Al crecer y convertirte en un joven, ¿cómo vives el valor y el poder que se nos ha dado a través del Cristo Resucitado? Pregunta para los adultos: Mencione una forma o una vez que haya vivido la presencia del Cristo Resucitado. ¿A la hora de las comidas? ¿Con aquellos que ama? ¿En otros momentos?
Actividades para la semana Tomen estas actividades para reflexionar mas: En familia, hagan una bandera grande de Pascua. Inviten a los miembros de la familia a reflexionar sobre la siguiente pregunta: ¿Qué significa para ti la resurrección de Jesús? Después de unos cuantos momentos, pidan a cada miembro de la familia que escriba su propio mensaje de Pascua sobre el cartel. Coloquen el cartel en un lugar importante dentro o fuera de su hogar. La resurrección de Jesús nos ofrece una nueva vida y esperanza. Hagan un espacio de trabajo en su hogar con marcadores, calcomanías y cartulina de colores brillantes. En familia, hagan tarjetas de Pascua para llevar o enviar a las personas en asilos. Celebren este día con las actividades especiales que son tradicionales en su familia. Ayuden a sus hijos a entender el significado de estas costum-bres y cómo nos ayudan a celebrar la resurrección de Jesús. Hablen sobre cómo el Cristo Resucitado vive en los corazones de sus seguidores hoy en día. Comenten las formas en las que su familia puede convertirse en una señal de nueva esperanza y nueva vida entre ellos y para la comunidad en esta semana.

Listen to the Word (John 20:1-9) As you hear the words in the Gospel of John, which ones touch you
most deeply? What single word or line from this reading lingers in your memory?
Look into your life
Question for children: When have you seen someone do a good deed for someone else? Question for youth: In growing toward young adulthood, how do you experience the courage and power which is given to us by the Risen Christ? Question for adults: Name one way or time when you encounter the presence of the Risen Christ. Is it at meals? With those whom you love? At other times?
Activities for the week Take these activities to further reflect: Together as a family, make a large Easter banner. Invite family members to reflect on the following question: What does Jesus' Resurrection mean for you? After a few moments, have each family member write his or her own Easter message on the banner. Place the banner in a prominent place inside or outside your home. Jesus' Resurrection offers us new life and new hope. Create a work space in your home with markers, stickers and construction paper of bright colors. As a family, make Easter cards to take or send to people in nursing homes. Celebrate this day with the special activities that are traditional in your family. Help your children understand the meaning of these cus-toms and how they help us to celebrate Jesus' Resurrection. Talk about how the Risen Christ lives in the hearts of his followers today. Discuss ways that your family can be signs of new hope and new life to each other and the community this week.

Being an Altar Server is a reverent and
unique calling.
An altar server has a special privilege to aid the priest in the Mass and to be an example of faith and respect to all in the
congregation.
We are in great need of altar servers at Our Lady of LaSalette.
Please consider becoming an altar server
to serve in this beautiful and life changing ministry.
