Symptom

When the runbobjsldds script is executed by the Server Intelligence Agent, on some nodes the resulting XML payload is a 0kb file

Cause

The Server Intelligence Agent is passing to the runbobjsldds script an invalid list of active CMS cluster members. The BOBJ-SLD-DS programdoes not handle CMS logon / enterprise session correctly and when the data supplier calls an API to get the CMS clustername it is getting a nullvalue. This causes an IndexOutOfBounds exception and ultimately, a 0kb file

Resolution

A permanent code fix is being investigated however, in the meantime you have the following workaround:

1. On the problematic node, open a command prompt2. In the command prompt, browse to \SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib\bobj-sld-ds3. Run the following command to manually trigger a successful SLD update
