CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICYA written request to cancel must be received in the AOSSM office prior to July 11, 2019. The registration fee, minus a $150 processing fee, will be refunded following the conference. No refunds will be made after July 11, 2019.

TARGET AUDIENCEThis activity is designed for any orthopaedic surgeons preparing for the recertification and / or the sports subspecialty exam or others, including athletic trainers, who would like an in-depth review of orthopaedic sports medicine.

CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDITThe American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. AOSSM designates this live activity for a maximum of 17.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR ATHLETIC TRAINERSThe American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) (BOC AP#P460) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers.
