Oro Verde Hotels is proud to present Hotel Del Parque, Guayaquil's first luxury boutique hotel
scheduled to open mid-2016. This hotel presents Guayaquil as a valid alternative to Quito as an
arrival or departure point for travelers wishing to explore mainland Ecuador or the famed
Galápagos Islands.
Built within a 125 year old historic wooden structure that includes a church, Hotel del Parque will
offer 44 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, lush tropical gardens and patios and a unique
massage room located in the former bell tower.
The restaurant, located in a separate heritage building with grand views of the river Daule and
Mangrove Reserve, will feature Ecuadorian gourmet culinary experiences, for Welcome and
Farewell dinners.
The hotel benefits from its exclusive setting within the Parque Historico Guayaquil, a unique river
front park themed on the history, nature and culture of the Ecuadorian coastal area. Although only
15 minutes away from Guayaquil’s international airport, its secluded and tranquil location allows
for many customized activities, including nature walks, river cruises, bird and endemic animal
observation, introduction to artisanal coffee roasting and chocolate processing, and many more.

Details of our room accommodations:
Inspired by the colorful and tropical surroundings, the hotel´s 44 guest rooms feature a bright and
colonial design while respecting the building´s late 19th century republican architectural style.
Rooms offer either views of the park or historic buildings surrounding the hotel.
Deluxe Rooms. - These elegant accommodations feature king size bed or two full size beds.
Measuring between 37 and 45 sq. m (398-484 sq. ft.) most of these rooms can be connected to
each other offering various configurations according to our guests needs.
Signature Rooms. - Designed as the perfect retreat these exceptionally spacious rooms can offer a
cozy sitting area including in some cases a second panoramic window. Their size ranges between
51 and 60 sq. m (549-645 sq. ft.)
Junior Suite. - The ample Junior Suite located on the second floor measures 66 sq. m. (710 sq. ft.)
and can connect with a Signature Room with a king size bed creating a comfortable 114 sq. m.
(1.227 sq. ft.) two bedroom suite.
Park Suite. - For the discerning traveler or family, this magnificent 171 sq. m. (1.830 sq. ft.) two
bedroom suite looks out to the main park through its four large windows. It features a dining area,
living room, small pantry kitchen, master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in addition to a
half bathroom. Optional private butler service is included.
