HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM 2015Process:1. The organizing committee evaluates buyers who meet the required profile. 2. We inform the COA or the Embassy and applicants to the program about the committee decision. 3. Committee approvals will be communicated starting on April.
Profile: Importer/supermarket/trader/distributor. Interested in buying food (agriculture and fishery sector) exhibited at the fair. The company must have a website. In preference, companies that has not made business with Peru yet. Complete the registration form.
Benefits: One (1) flying ticket “non stop” – economic class for assisting to the fair. Transfer from the airport– hotel / hotel-fair-hotel. Free access to the fair. Free access to software and business matchmaking. Access to VIP hall.
Obligations: Bring your credential during the days of the fair. Visit the fair at least 2 days. Schedule and participate in at least 6 meetings with exhibitors of your interest through the software. Take part in the welcome meeting to the Fair.
Profile: Importer / supermarket / trader /
distributor / exporter Interested in buying products or services
exhibited at the fair. Complete the registration form.
Benefit:
1. Provide an air ticket to the representative of the entity that brings together a mission of multi sectoral visitors, according to the required profile. (The number of firms depends on the country of origin).
2. Bus transfers: airport-hotel, hotel-fair-hotel.
