Summary
• ŠKODA AUTO has been experiencing the most successful period in its 123 years history.
• However, the industry is changing rapidly with e-mobility, autonomous driving,
digitalization of vehicle.
• The largest policy process in the history of Czech Automotive Industry
including all levels of decision makers and opinion makers.
• Memorandum and Action plan with 25 action points were agreed between
the industry and the Government to help the industry
to adapt & remain competitive.
• A coordinated follow-up process with a
project manager was established to
ensure action points are brought
from paper into reality.
