Smart Pipeline allows you to analyze sales stages and help move large or important deals along. Swipe up or down to view all deals for each sales stage. Spot best practices and use these to keep your pipeline and activities in sync. Apply filters to help analyze problem sales stages or product and industry areas.

Target the Right Opportunities with Deal Radar

Discover which deals are being actively managed by using Deal Radar. The closer the deal to the center of the target, the more the deal is being worked. Zoom in to view the win probability in relation to deal size. Double-tap to view opportunity details, to view all activity information, and then apply interaction filters. Chat or e-mail team members to initiate new interactions or to target different opportunities. Apply filters, or view deals by quarter instead of activity.

Keep Your Forecast on Track with Aging Monitor Aging Monitor helps you to keep your forecast on track. Review your pipeline by projected close and contact your team to ‘fill’ or ‘kill’ deals. Swipe up or down using the Deal Size filter get a better view of differences. Use the time bar to hone in on stale opportunities to close. Apply additional filters or tap to review more details.

Manage Sales Performance Using Team Tracker Team Tracker allows you monitor team performance and proactively address performance issues. A dashboard displays your team’s performance based on this year’s attainment and time in their current role. Apply the team filter to view a subordinate’s team performance or drill into individual detail. Review each individual’s current accounts, current open opportunities, and closed deals in relation to prior year and current year attainment. Use this information to leverage your top performers’ best practices and to coach underperformers and mitigate team risks.
